Our Products
Handcrafted with Care
All our babywear — from rompers and jumpsuits to onesies and accessories — is crafted with attention to quality, comfort, and safety. We use soft, skin-friendly fabrics suitable for newborns and toddlers.
Product Descriptions & Images
We try our best to display products accurately. However, slight variations in colour, print placement, or fabric texture may occur due to screen differences or the handcrafted nature of some pieces. These are not defects.
Pricing
All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without prior notice. The price shown at the time of checkout is what you'll be charged.
Availability
Products are subject to availability. If an item goes out of stock after you've ordered, we'll notify you immediately and offer a full refund or help you find an alternative.
Orders & Payments
Placing an Order
Once you place an order, you'll receive a confirmation email. Please note this is an acknowledgement — not yet an acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud, with a full refund in all such cases.
Payment Options
We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and wallet payments via our secure payment gateway. All transactions are SSL-encrypted for your safety.
Payment Failures
If your payment fails, please don't retry multiple times — contact us directly. Any amount accidentally debited will be refunded to your account within 5–7 business days.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery Across India
We ship PAN India. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and delivery typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your location. You'll receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.
Free Shipping
Enjoy free delivery on all orders above ₹999. For orders below this amount, a nominal shipping fee will be shown at checkout.
Delays Beyond Our Control
While we do our best to deliver on time, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather, public holidays, or other unforeseen events. We'll keep you informed if your order is delayed.
Returns & Exchanges
7-Day Return Window
We want you and your baby to love every piece. If something isn't right, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags attached and in original packaging.
What Can't Be Returned
Customised or personalised items, sale products, and accessories (like headbands, socks, and shoes) cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Defective or Wrong Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

All content on this website — including product images, brand logo, design patterns, and written content — belongs to Saif Fash and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.
